This short video will guide you through our contactless check-in process. Our team are always on hand to give you any handy tips or assist with any questions you may have.

Check in: from 3pm – Check out: by 10am

You will receive a text on your arrival date with the code for your key safe to access your key.

On arrival, you can make your way to you accommodation and just text us when you have arrived. 4 days prior to your arrival we will send you an email with directions and information to help you plan and pack for your trip.

This includes a reminder of what facilities are available in your pod and what we provide for you to enhance your stay. If you’d like to know before this email arrives then a copy of it can be found here:

Wenningdale Escapes park map and riverside walk

This map includes the riverside walk route, which is a lovely circular walk alongside the River Wenning which meanders through High and Low Bentham. The local pubs and some essential shops and business are marked on the walk route too.
