deposit and payments
All of our prices are per accommodation not per person. We ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your stay with the balance due 4 weeks before your arrival date. If your arrival is within 4 weeks, we will ask for full payment at the time of booking. The prices quoted include:
- VAT
- Bedding & Towels
- Utilities
- Basic catering facilities including a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster in our pods. A full kitchen is provided in the lodges.
- Bathroom facilities inside all accommodation
The prices do not include cancellation insurance and all deposits are non-refundable.
arrival dates and length of stays
We offer the following stays:
Lodges:
- Friday arrivals for 2, 3*, 7 night stays
- Monday arrivals for 2,3, 4 or 7 night stays
- Tuesday arrivals for 2 or 3 night stays
- Wednesday arrivals for 2 night stays
- Thursday arrivals for 4 night stays (low season only)
*3 night weekends in a lodge = better value! If you want to sneak the extra night in or even benefit from a very late checkout then adding a Sunday night to your weekend stay could cost as little as £25 and as much as £50. This way you can stay all day Sunday but still be home and ready for work on Monday morning!
Pods:
You are welcome to arrive any day of the week with no limits on check in days. During peak periods, there may be a minimum of 2 nights at weekends or 3 nights over bank holidays.
Bed configurations
Our Lunesdale and Dentdale lodges are available with one super-king bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. It is possible to have these lodges made up with both bedrooms offering super-king beds or both as twin beds, please indicate on your booking if you would like a specific bed configuration. The Wensleydale Lodge has 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms, the configuration for which cannot be altered.
All of our pods are available as a sumptuous super-king sized bed or twin beds. Please let us know at the time of booking.
